We are hard at work rehearsing for our May production of The Last Bread Pudding by Nick Warburton. We have all had a great time getting into role in this very funny and cleverly written play. Our newest member Andy has had to hit the ground running after being cast into the role of Ken. His first bit of acting since University some time ago! He seems to have taken to it like a duck to water. The rest of the cast are still laughing at some of the lines in the play, which is a good sign!

We will be performing the play, together with a couple of comedy sketches for one night only on Saturday 17 May 2008, from 7.45pm in the village hall. Tickets cost £6 (£5 conc) and are available directly from us.

Weakest link evening

Dare you take up a position on the podium (actually you'll be standing behind a chair) answer questions for points with winner receiving a prize at the end.

Can you hold your nerve as our own Hilary Robinson fires questions and insults at you.

The evening costs £10 per person, and includes entry into the game, finger buffet, and a drink (Wine, Beer, and soft drinks). So all in all a very cheap night out.
